Ashley, C.R.D.H. is a dental hygienist and expert in periodontal patient care who received her license from Valencia Community College in 2016. She has been practicing for three years prior to joining our team in November 2019. Ashley enjoys treating and helping patients of all ages to help better their oral hygiene. From kids coming to their first dental appointment, to senior citizens Ashley is extremely gentle and patient. She has an easy-going and friendly personality and likes to create a fun environment to reduce the normal anxiety that people feel about going to the dentist.
Ashley grew up in Longwood, Fl, and attended Lyman High School where she was in band and played soccer. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys playing soccer, going to the gym, and hanging out with friends and family.
Hanna is a dental hygienist who graduated from the University of Cincinnati Dental Hygiene School in 2021. Hanna previously worked in a pediatric office working with children of all ages, along with children that have special needs. She is great with kids, as she has two of her own, but loves to see patients of all ages. She has an outgoing personality and prides herself on making sure every patient has a positive experience. She is very dedicated to her patients and goes above and beyond to make sure each patient feels comfortable and anxiety-free. Hanna grew up in Cincinnati, OH and has been working in the dental field since she was 16. She moved to Florida in 2021 and enjoys the beach, springs, boating, and any outdoor activities. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children and hanging out with friends.
My name is Rita, I am a dental Insurance/Financial coordinator. I have been in the dental field for over 25 years. I have a passion for helping people. Through my work, I strive to help people achieve their dental needs. I reside in Florida with my spouse, a retired military veteran. We are empty nesters and spend most of our free time traveling or fishing. When I am not traveling, I enjoy nature walks, bike rides, and reading. I participate in my community and attend church regularly.
Xiaoli has served as the Office Assistant and Interpreter at Fay Hu Dentistry since August 2021, bringing a wealth of experience in language instruction and interpretation to her role. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) and has 16 years of experience as an ESL teacher. Xiaoli has also been a dedicated interpreter at her local church since 2005. Known for her strong communication skills and commitment to attentive, customer-centered service, Xiaoli is passionate about fostering positive client experiences. Outside of work, she is an avid dancer and directs gospel dramas at her church, blending her love of performance with her faith.
Mikaela is a licensed aesthetician passionate about treating all kinds of skin concerns including acne, hyperpigmentation, aging, and more! She received her cosmetology license in 2018 from the state of Nebraska, which provides some of the most extensive education for aesthetics in the country! Mikaela is constantly seeking out continued education classes as well to further her knowledge in the industry. She prides herself in always providing top-tier service to her clients.
In her free time you can find her reading, writing poetry, and tending to her houseplants. She loves spending time outdoors and traveling to new places where she can explore and hike.

Elizabeth Colon joined our practice in July of 2021. Her nickname is Liz! Liz has been a dental assistant for 12 years with experience in general dentistry, prosthodontics, and oral surgery. Her priority is to ensure that patients are comfortable and satisfied with their experiences. She enjoys comforting and taking care of her patients. Liz and her husband have three daughters. When she's not at work, she is enjoying her time with her family.
With 19 years of experience in dentistry, Julie's greatest passion is connecting with patients. She has a diverse background, including roles in prosthodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, general dentistry, pediatric care, and front desk support. Julie's main goal is to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for every patient, ensuring they receive the best possible care. When she's not at work, she enjoys spoiling her two grandchildren and trying new adventures outdoors.
Cara joined our practice in December of 2024. She graduated from Emory University with a Bachelor's degree in Biology and is also an alumna from Winter Park High School. Previously at our front desk, she now enjoys working as a dental assistant and being in the lab. She finds dentistry exciting and is eager to learn more in this expansive field. She values the connections she makes with patients while tending to their dental needs. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Diane joined our team in 2023 and brings with her a strong work ethic and a lifetime of dedication to her community. Before entering the dental field, she successfully owned and operated her own towing company for 20 years before retiring in 2019. Her experience in running a business has made her highly dependable, organized, and excellent at problem-solving—skills that translate seamlessly to our practice.
Born and raised in Florida, Diane graduated from Winter Park High School in 1968. Family has always been a top priority, and after raising her children, she decided to embark on a new chapter working alongside Dr. Fay. In her spare time, Diane enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, and staying connected to the local community.
